You have 168 hours per week. How do you spend them?

  1. If you work officially, how many hours are allocated to your job each week? Now, include driving time to and from work. Any work from home – how many hours?
  1. Average total number of hours of sleep?
  1. Regular, unavoidable activities outside work:
  • Food preparation
  • Family obligations
  • Essential shopping (groceries, etc.)
  • Mealtimes
  • Personal hygiene
  • Other
  1. Free time/Me time (preferred activities like movies, reading, hobbies, sport, casual shopping, dining out, fun, studies, fitness training, socialisiing)
