Colleen founded InnerLifeSkills® (ILS) Coaching International, which is her current focus. ILS provides world class Life and Business Coaching, changing lives by empowering people to empower others. She runs this business, and is responsible for the development and authorisation of all the courseware. She has since taken ILS to Namibia, East London and Cape Town, and has started ILS study groups in Germany and Canada.
Today, besides being a sort after coach, Colleen is an in-demand speaker. Her inspirational talks and her talent have taken her to stages and organisations around the world, from Argentina to London, New York to Chicago, and Namibia to Singapore.
Colleen’s contracts as a professional speaker are numerous and including the likes of ABSA, Bowman Gilfillan Attorneys, Vodacom, Renal Care SA, Alexander Forbes, SABC, Sanlam Business and so many more.
Colleen has acquired many qualifications over the years as she endeavoured to be the best coach she could be. She is an ICF accredited PCC Coach (Professional Certified Coach) with 750+ hours of certified coaching. From the Erickson College of Coaching (Canada) Colleen completed The Art & Science of Coaching ICF qualification with 120+ hours of training. She has a PhD in Meta Counselling from The University of Sedona, USA and obtained her Counselling certificate through FAMSA.
Colleen’s other achievements include two published books; Teachings from the Apple Tree, and My Life as an Apple Tree. She was elected as Director of Research (2005), and Director of Education (2006-2008), for the international board of TNI The Newton Institute, USA.
She also supports charities that are close to her heart: ILS was the sponsor for the Kidney Beanz Trust, a charity that supports children with kidney disease. Colleen was the spokesperson for this foundation and MC at two events that raised R60, 000+ in 2008. ILS also gave sponsored prizes for events in 2010. Colleen was the speaker, and ILS once again sponsored a fundraising event for the Communities for Classrooms charity in 2010.
She has been a frequent expert guest on various national television shows with over 30 appearances including SABC 2 and 3, Summit TV and Mnet. Colleen has also been published and interviewed in most national newspapers and magazines, and has done many interviews on all the major radio stations including 702, 5 FM, Metro FM, Cape Talk and SAFM.
Colleen has two beautiful daughters.
